Half Term Happiness

We are having such a lovely half term week, its been great to catch up with friends, especially those we don't see as often as we'd like.

Come on Sue, higher, higher!

We did have to make an emergency trip to the Dentist Monday as poor Noelie has an abcess but thankfully that is nearly gone now thanks to his antibiotics. We are still waiting for his hospital appointment though and I shall be chasing up the dentist - again - tomorrow. I also had a 3am wake up call from April this morning who was sick but  I am pleased to say she is a lot better too and there has been no repeat of it since.

And finally, lucky me, not just one, but two bunches of gorgeous flowers bought for me this week from my wonderful friends. I feel so happy and very, very lucky to have the life I do xx

6 Months

Can you believe that Hermione Ann Lesley Wills - or Mini as she usually known - has been with us 6 months on Monday? No we can't either, it seems to have gone by in a heartbeat.

Our latest house projects

The plasterer finally came last week and the girls room is now freshly plastered ready to be adorned with lots of pink and sparkle - and thats just my input!

And while I am waiting for it to dry I might as well have another project on the go, so I started stripping the upstairs corridor...

I feel like the house is finally beginning to take shape and become the house we want, watch this space for an update!

Do you think my teddy is too big?

No, I didn't think so either!

Not so smiley today

I felt quite emotional when I went to pick Noel up from school today and his face looked like this. His teacher did come and have a word with me, and I was given a slip of paper to say what had happened. I understand from Noel that he tripped over somebody's foot in the playground at lunchtime. He's being very brave and I'm trying to be brave too!
