OK so its actually 9am in the morning but its still Christmas Eve. Poor Mini is suffering with conjunctivitis and Stu had to take her to the walk in centre yesterday at 8am for some drops. She isn't letting it get her down though and she is very chatty and playful still.
Noel and April are pleased to have broken up from school, they are shattered and both a bit under the weather as well. I am looking forward to having them home for two weeks and being able to spend some time with them. We have lots of things planned.
Sam and Isaac are really coming on now, they are cooing and giggling and we get more smiles from Sam now than before. He seems to have settled down and is a much calmer baby than he was.
My face is much better now that I have managed to persuade the doctor that I have eczema and not an allergy. He prescribed antihistamines last time which didn't do anything to help but I went back last week and I now have some steroid cream which sorted the problem out in a matter of days. My eyes were so puffy and sore people kept asking if I had been crying but all is much better now.
Stu is off from work, he finished two days early following the sad loss of his uncle Dave. Dave was a real character and very funny, and it was complete shock to us all. He will be missed by a lot of people, not least Stu's dad as they were best friends as well as brothers. Its so sad.
And now we are off to the dentist, not the most fun way to spend Christmas Eve but its got to be done ...
April making some paper chains this morning, look at that concentration!
A poorly Mini, she is much better than she was yesterday but we are having to bathe her eyes regularly and put her drops in every few hours. She is very brave.
Noel was sat curled up with a book but then decided to pose for his photo..
Samuel can barely contain his excitement!
Isaac is all smiles, as usual
Wishing you all a very Happy Christmas from Jem, Stu, Noel, April, Hermione, Samuel and Isaac xxxxxxx
